January
came in with a bang and is going out with a sigh, resolutions have come and
gone but here is a list of the things that got me through this first month of
2013.
1) Fitbit
I
ordered my Fitbit the day after Christmas and waited almost a week and a half
for its arrival. Since its arrival however it has been on my person, well in my
bra to be more exact. My Fitbit has been a great motivation and has helped me
to move more each day. To learn more about the Fitbit check out my review from
yesterday.

2) Sirius Skinsonic
Is
it as good as the Clarisonic? I don’t know, because I don’t have over $100 to
find out. The Skinsonic however is an awesome product for its price, only
$49.00. Using the Skinsonic made my face feel extremely clean. I have only used
the head for sensitive skin and I was surprised that it actually was gentle
enough for my skin. I love using the moisturizing pad to apply my nightly
moisturizer. My skin felt so hydrated and soft after using the applicator to
apply my Clinique Moisture surge. This product has really saved my skin from
its usually winter peeling.
3) Clinique – Moisture Surge
Overnight Mask
This
is an awesome product. This product saved my skin from the harsh winter
weather. I used this product nightly along with my Skinsonic. This product is
not thick or greasy but soft and silky. You can feel that although the moisture
is very light it penetrates beneath the top layer of skin to make skin more
supple and provide a dewey glow, something girls with dry skin desire more
often than not.

4) IPhone 5
I
have to admit I am a sucker for Apple products. My first computer and every one
since has been a Mac, so you can only imagine my excitement when my contract
finally came to a close and I could get my coveted IPhone 5. This IPhone is
everything I want and need in a phone; it is easy to use and is now part of my
everyday life.
5) SOREL – Joan of Arctic Boots
These
boots are the epitome of cute winter footwear. When I bought them I could only
imagine the fun, freezy places I would be wearing them, like into the lodge
after a long day of skiing. Unfortunately for me however this January has been
terrible for skiers, snowboarders and snowman makers. I have only gotten the
opportunity to wear these boots due to rain, which they worked fine against
since they are waterproof but I hope February is snowier so I can take them for
a spin in their intended terrain.
Hope you all had a great January!
